FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE DISPEARENCE ON 8TH MARCH, MILITARY RADAR CONFIRMED THE AIRCRAFT WAS MAS FLIGHT MH370

On May 26, 2014 at 07:00 pm Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) viewed a documentary on flight MH370 over its TV1 Channel.

The documentary revealed that the Malaysian Military radar confirmed that the aircraft that made a turn back and flew over North Peninsula Malaysia into a westerly direction was in fact Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370.

It did not say who in the Military or anyone in authority said that. It simply says The Malaysian Military Radar.

This is the first time since its disappearance on the early morning of March, 8th 2014  that this information is revealed to the public 

MH370 - DATA OR THE REPORT ON DATA?

"The report on the raw satellite data from United Kingdom’s Inmarsat, used to trace the flight pattern of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, would be released tomorrow. (27-05-2014)" said Hishamuddin.

Caution : It is just a report on the data and not the data itself. :)

“If there is any chance that the Immarsat data proves to be inconclusive, the experts will be asked to look at all the available data to determine if the search is being carried out in the correct area.”

Does that mean the report on the data that is forthcoming is not based on all the available data on MH370?  Which is inconclusive the data or the report?

MH370 - HI-TECH WORLD SEARCH CORRIDOR CALCULATED BASED ON FUEL-DISTANCE POTENTIAL

What made the Malaysian as well as U.S. official believed that the airplane did continue to fly after the transponder had stopped transmitting?

The answer to this part of the question, as most party claimed it to be, is also hypothetical in nature.The Plane could have continued to fly for four or so hours or otherwise. Since that is hypothetical, the search in the Indian ocean which is based on a hypothesis, is also no more and no less hypothetical in nature too.


The Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Tun Razak,in his news conference, claimed that the plane was deliberately diverted by someone onboard and make a turn-back. This too is hypothetical in nature.

Based on a preliminary report, The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, after being notified by the Malaysian authority of the handing over of flight MH370 communication to its ATC, did saw Flight MH370 on its radar screen. Its blips and gone from view. 

When the plane is gone from the radar screen, it’s difficult to assume that it continued to fly because the commercial plane has no capability to shield or hide itself from radar, primary or secondary or satellite detection, as in what the more advanced and sophisticated fighter jet or drone could have done.  

The senior US official said that the plane reached an altitude of about 45,000 feet and “jumped around a lot.”. Would a commercial plane with 239 persons onboard moved supplely with agility in a way a fighter jet or drone would do? 

To behave in such a way is not a necessity even if the plane is in trouble or forced to behave in such a manner by hijacker knowing that such action would defeat the purpose of his hijacking. 

The notion that flight MH370 ascended to altitude of 45,000 feet, would render all on board unconscious as most pilot believe and plane’s pilot himself is not an exception. 

Assuming that Flight MH370 have ended at the time and location the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam’s radar saw it disappearing from its radar screen, exploded in mid-air, into the South China Sea as was described by a witness, a New Zealander on an oil platform in South China Sea, then which unidentified Flying Plane was the one that was said to have made a turn-back and flew into Westerly direction over North Peninsula Malaysia towards Andaman sea? 

The security of the nation is exposed to all form of threat at all time and it can come without prior warning. The military MUST be kept on high alert at all times. They are paid civil servant, to primarily defend the sovereign of this country not withstanding the security “mode” at which the country is on.    Although the Malaysian Military radar did detect an unidentified flying object flying into the Westerly direction over the North Peninsula Malaysia’s air space, it did not or rather cannot confirm with pure certainty that the plane belonged to that of flight MH370.

Acting Minister of Transportation as well as Minister of Defense, Hishamuddin Tun Hussein Onn defended the military’s inaction over the intrusion of the Malaysian airspace by un unknown plane on the early morning of March 8th 2014. He said that Malaysia is not in “War Mode” at the time when Joint-Military Exercise was conducted in and around South China Sea, Andaman Sea and part of the Indian Ocean.

Now, the Country is caught by surprise over by the mystery of the missing Flight MH370 and let’s get a closer look at the Malaysian military SOP as to whether it has been adhered to accordingly.    

If one is concern they could have triggered a “military-exercise-mode” too, at the time when multi-nation military exercise was conducted in and around south east Asia during the month of February and March, 2014 or else be caught again in strings of surprises over the silly argument on the determination of suitable modes. The senior US official said that the plane reached an altitude of about 45,000 feet and “jumped around a lot.”

“If a plane crashes, all communication between the plane and the satellite seizes instantly, which does not apply to MH370” The plane’s ACARS (Airlines Communication Addressing & Reporting System) is two-way onboard computer system that sends and receives data to a satellite, If the stream of data from the plane to the satellite stops, the satellite can still send data to the plane. If a plane crash, all communication between the plane and the satellite seizes instantly, which does not apply to MH370 as was said of ACARS by senior US Official. 

How could the situation not applicable to flight MH370? The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam confirm without a trace of doubt that flight MH370 disappeared from it radar screen, evidently confirms that flight MH370 is no more airborne. Which Unidentified plane was then tracked by the Malaysian Radar?  Which Unidentified plane was then relaying 6 pings to INMARSAT satellite from North to South Indian Ocean?



When Flight MH370 disappeared from Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) radar, the best possible guess is that it dropped from  the sky on to the sea below and sink or or just simply obliterated in mid-air . 

Since the Malaysian Military radar was not in “War Mode” as Hishamuddin (Malaysian Defense Minister) said in defense of his Ministry’s inaction, the unidentified plane that behaved like MH370 that encroach the Malaysian air space remained unknown. 

They believed that it was flight MH370 This piece of evidence, determining as to the exact identity of the plane that flew across North Peninsula Malaysia into a westerly direction, is very vital as to the determination of weather flight MH370 actually ended in southern Indian Ocean or otherwise. Without it the search in the Southern Indian Ocean would remained a hypothesis although 6 pings were received by INMARSAT but without any hard evidence that it actually came from the flight MH370.

The Flight ACARS is a two-way computer system in communication with the satellite and the plane’s instrumentation. A computer system is subjected to manipulation by any party having access to it and that it is not limited to pilot on board flight MH370 only. 

For both the onboard Flight MH370 pilots, it is quite an impossible feat to tweak with the onboard computers system to simulate the planes’ disappearance whilst still air-borne. 

It is not impossible to tweak with the onboard system within the period of 6 hours journey to Beijing China. Such time is too short for such an attempt unless the pilot has it preprogrammed and it installed on to the system. 

If that happened, it should have shown on his home flight simulation system computer which the investigator and the Malaysian police took and found no trace of any malice.

A third U.S. official under the condition of anonymity  said  “If you knew what you were doing in the cockpit, you could shut off ACARS transmission.”  

It was also said that ACARS (Airlines Communication  Addressing & Reporting System) which is a two-way onboard computer system on board a plane, sends and receives data to a satellite, even though the stream of data from the plane to the satellite stops, the satellite can still send data to the plane but how sure can one be that it does came or not came from flight MH370 when the computer system on board any other plane or any other computers in a network of computer that has the access to the system, would or would not manipulate the system rendering it to appear that the signal did or did not came from flight MH370?

Satellite captures signal from the anonymous plane, (other than that of flight MH370) that was made to appear as though it is flight MH370 in order to confuse the satellite through and by serving itself as proxy to MH370 onboard system. 

Thus it is likely that the unidentified plane that made a u-turn heading into the westerly direction, over North Peninsular Malaysia, into Andaman Sea and the Southern Indian Ocean is not flight MH370 but simply the proxy of flight MH370 acting to deceive the satellite above it.



The officer also said that “If a plane crashes, all communication between the plane and the satellite seizes instantly”. This statement is contradicting the statement saying that even if ACARS is switched off, the satellite can still send data to the plane. Does the satellite has the ability to differentiate between a crashed plane and a switched off ACARS other than not having to receive signal from plane sitting at the bottom of the sea? 

The US officer’s also states that “What cannot be controlled from the cockpit is the satellite’s ability to detect that the plane is still there (still in mid air- [to give justice to the statement]). 

That sounds very promising. If that is true, then, the search for flight MH370 would not be over such a wide area of ocean and land. The measure by which the search area was arrived at was by means of calculating the plane’s onboard fuel potential. (Northern and southern corridor) 

If the satellite has such ability and capability, then the exact location of the plane could have easily be found even without requiring or resorting to the detection of black box pings and onboard fuel reach potential.

Despite the deployment of advanced tools to assist the search on the missing plane together with the state of art and technology upon which the plane are built, it would be extremely difficult to find the plane if there is intention of avoiding to have it found.

MH370 FLEW UNTIL FUEL IS EXHAUSTED?

As to whether flight MH370 is hijacked or not is comparatively not as important as having to have the plane found.  

In so far as the search for flight MH370 is concerned, the fact is that there is no party as yet who has come forward to claim for the ransom.

Another possibility is that, if the claims is made on personal level and has been made secret from public domain, then the plane is considered found by the person to whom the ransom is sought after. What is needed then is for the flight MH370’s search team to go after him/her.

Hijacking could come in other form where ransom is deemed paid upon the obliteration of MH370?

According to Mikael Robertsson of FlightRadar24, the signal to the transponder of the plane was lost at 1:21 a.m, on the early morning of March 8th, 2014,when the plane was flying at 35,000 feet.

How could the signal to the transponder of the plane be lost?

Deliberate act of flight MH370 Pilot?

The contention that flight MH370 pilot or any one onboard deliberately switched off the communication equipment on board the flight is highly hypothetical in nature There is no hard facts or evidence to this accusation.


Malfunctioning transponder?

Although most pilot discount the possibility of onboard communication system failure, however minute, the chance that it could happen to flight MH370 is still there.

If the above is not, then the entire plane must have exploded in mid air, destroying all communication equipment not excluding anything like the transponder itself. Thus, could also result and renders the transponder to malfunction as well.


If flight MH370 is at the bottom of the sea, the same scenario could also happen ie rendering its transponder inability to send out any signal or incapable of being detected by radar and or satellite but that was not what the expert believe here. It was believed that the Transponder was deliberately switched off and the plane continued to fly.

WHY LOOK FOR AN UNIDENTIFIED PLANE?

Immediately after 01:21am, early morning hour of 8/3/2014, based on radar24 plot, #MH370 abnormally veered and swerved right and left before  CAAV's radar screen blip disappeared and communication effort by CAAV (Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam) went  unanswered by #MH370.

At that last credible juncture, one have smaller space for guessing, assuming, predicting work to do.

At the same juncture, it cannot be any other plane other than MH370. Chance is - 100% sure that it is MH370.

Before the above event, an anonymous plane flew and virtually tucked itself very closely behind MH370 to avoid radar detection. After the event it fled into westerly direction over North of W.Malaysia and toward Andaman sea.

This anonymous plane was detected by the Malaysian radar but cannot be positively identified.

WHY WOULD ONE GO TO LOOK AND TRACK FOR AN UNIDENTIFIED PLANE THAT FLEW INTO WESTERLY DIRECTION  WHEN THE POSITIVE OF MH370 DISAPPEARED JUST IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT BEHAVED ABNORMALLY   VEERING AND SWERVEERING  INTO LEFT AND RIGHT DIRECTION AT THE SAME JUNCTURE CAAV RADAR BLIP ( MH370) WENT OFF AND DISAPEARED?

TWO MONTHS SCOURING THE DEPTH OF THE INDIAN OCEAN, LET'S RELOOK FROM WHERE EVENTS STARTED

The only credible evidence that one can depend on was the last radio communication with the Malaysian Control tower as well as the signal from the plane's Transponder.

No more no less. 

The last radio communication with Malaysian Control Tower, where the pilot said "Alright Good Night Malaysian" and the point where communication was referred/transfer to the Vietnamese authority, where such communication didn't happen, is the most credible evidence as to the location of the plane at that particular time.

The next event, as to the deliberate switching off of the plane's communication and Transponder is not relevant as it is not based on any CREDIBLE EVIDENCE, but based on speculation.

Then the plane was said to have turned back and flew over Malaysian air Space, north of Peninsular Malaysia, is not backed by any credible evidence too yet the authority "believe" that it does happen.

The fact is that the Malaysian military Radar did not and cannot confirm with absolute certainty about the identity of the plane that the radar detected is itself a strong evidence that it can never be that of #MH370.

Why would one "believe" and follow the search route that does not bear any evidence and certainty?

Based on the above facts, the plane must have ended along it its intended route, ie between Malaysia and Vietnam.

Perlu membuktikan bahawa #MH370 masih atau tidak masih diudara selepas komunikasi terakhir dengan pihak ATC

Kedua untuk Radar Tentera membukti dengan kepastian bahawa pesawat yang melintasi ruang udara Msia adalah pesawat penerbangan #MH370 dan bukan pesawat atau drone lain.

Jika tidak, mengapa mereka mengikut bukti yang tidak berasas dan menerus pencarian mengikut sangkaan sahaja.

Pada masa tentera mensyaki MH370 patah balik ke arah barat CNN pula siar berita "THE GAME CHANGER" - berhubung pertukaran arah dan tempat pencarian MH370

INMARSAT pula buat "prediction" mengikut analisa data satelitnya bahawa MH370 merentari laut Hindi dan berakhr di barat Australia.

Ini semua berasaskan

(1) sangkaan dari bacaan radar tentera yg tidak membulkti dengan kepastian pesawat yg terbang itu adalah MH370

(2) Prediksi inmarsat berasas data satelitnya tanpa mengenal pasti data itu datangnya dari MH370

Apa kata kalau pesawat yg dikesan oleh rada tenterera dan INMARSAT itu bukan MH370 tetapi pesawat lain yang melarikan diri selepas menyelesaikan misi (??) dan mengelak pengesanan radar ke lautan hindi untuk kuburkaan bukti?

Pencarian adalah berasaskan sangkaan dan prediklsi dan bukan fakta.

Kelompok manakah yang sebenarnya yang harus nenerima sasaran persoalan sebegini (sebelum GST) selain dari kelompok yang kaya raya yang memiliki keupayaan dan layak membayar cukai?


Adalah kah mereka dari kelompok miskin yang mengkhianati Negara dengan melarikan cukai berbilion billion?


Apakah membawa dan memindah aset atau wang secara haram dalam jumlah yang ber million dan billion, tanpa pengetahuan pihak berkuasa BNM dan agensi berkaitan, wang hasil kegiatan perniagaan samada halal atau haram keluar Negara, untuk tujuan komersil itu tidak melarikan dari system percukaian Malaysia?

Mengikut laporan dan pendedahan dalam media tempatan dan luar Negara melalui blog dan klip-klip video yang dikeluarkan oleh NGO luar negara, hampir keseluruhan menunjukkan adanya penglibatan pemimpin politik dan ahli koeporat Melayu/Bumiputera itu sendiri di syaki terlibat dalam kes-kes pengubahan wang haram dan pemilikan harta bernilainya mencecah berbilion-bilion ringgit diluar Negara.

Sekiranya tiada PENGKHIANAT NEGARA yang membawa harta dan wang haram keluar negara Malaysia nescaya cukai yang dianggar boleh dikutip dari wang & harta haram boleh digunakan untuk membiayai keseluruhan deficit Budget 2014 (RM40 Billion) dan menjelaskan Lebih 46% hutang kasar yang diunjurkan (RM583 Billion)pada hujung Jun 2014. 


Tanpa pengkhianat Negara, maka Malaysia boleh bebas menhadapi budget defisit dan beban hutang yang meningkat dalam keadaan mata wang yang lemah berbanding matawang utama dunia.


Sehingga gejala rasuah dan sikap boros dan ketirisan yang berlualuasa dalam pentadbiran kerajaan dapat di bendung, perlaksanaan  GST tidak akan dapat mengubah haluan Negara ini ke suatu arah yang lebih progresif dan mampu bersaing secara bebas di persada dunia.


Maka alternatif kepada perlaksanaan GST, seperti yang sering di laung oleh kerajaan 47% adalah kerajaan PAKATAN RAKYAT.

PAKATAN RAKYAT boleh mereformasi dan memacu sosio-ekonomi dan politik rakyat
Malaysia ke suatu era kecernekangan tanpa dibebani oleh pengkhinat-pengkhianat Negara.

Apakah rakyat berpendapatan pertengahan dan miskin yang menolak perlaksanaan GST itu pengkhianat Negara?
